Monica has been with us for 9 years and is a Driver Qualification Specialist. In her position, Monica works with both internal and external clients. Monica is extremely knowledgeable of the DQ System and driver qualification regulations. She is always pleasant and helpful, with a smile for everyone she meets. You will never hear her complain about her workload or speak poorly about anyone that she interacts with – she is always professional.
