Crystal, a valued member of our Client Service Team, has been with us for eight years and has made a significant impact across multiple departments at Lee Trans.  Crystal began her career in our Driver Qualification Department before transitioning to the Licensing & Permitting Department and ultimately to Client Service.  She has made impactful recommendations for improvement in every position she has held.  Her extensive knowledge, helpful nature, and dedication to educating her clients and training new team members are truly commendable.  Crystal consistently goes above and beyond, presenting a professional appearance and attitude in every situation.  She ensures her clients have the services they need to protect themselves and reduce risk, maintaining compliance every step of the way.  Her ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with a calm demeanor and a smile is inspiring.  Both clients and team members rely on her and know she is just a text away—even when she’s on vacation.  Crystal, thank you for being such an invaluable member of our team and for representing our organization with such excellence.
