TXTA Recap – Jackie Polk Kay Crimm Award

Last month, we were honored to celebrate our President, Jackie Polk, as the recipient of the 2026 Kay Crimm Award, one of the Texas Trucking Association Foundation’s highest honors recognizing outstanding volunteer leadership and service.

For more than 32 years, Jackie has been a passionate advocate for the trucking industry, dedicating her time to advancing education, supporting workforce development, mentoring future leaders, and strengthening the organizations that serve our industry. Her work to expand scholarship opportunities and build partnerships with technical and trade schools is helping create the next generation of professional drivers and diesel technicians.

Those who know Jackie know her greatest passion is connecting people to an industry that has given so much to her. She believes the trucking community is built on relationships, service, and a commitment to helping others succeed.

Congratulations, Jackie, on this well-deserved recognition. We are grateful for your leadership and proud to celebrate this milestone with you.
