Background Check & MVR Disputes

Lee Trans uses third-party screening partners to complete background checks and motor vehicle record (MVR) reports. If you believe information in your report is inaccurate or incomplete, disputes must be submitted directly to the screening provider that prepared the report.

Background Check Disputes (AssureHire)

If your background check was completed through AssureHire, you may:

• View or request a copy of your report
• Submit a dispute for inaccurate information

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Disputes (Safety Holdings / Samba)

If your MVR was completed through Safety Holdings (Samba), you may:

• Request a copy of your driver record
• Submit a dispute for incorrect MVR information
