Last week, members of the Lee Trans team were honored to attend the Texas Trucking Association’s Annual Conference in San Antonio.
For more than three decades, Lee Trans has been a proud member of the Texas Trucking Association, supporting its mission to serve as the “United Voice of Texas Trucking.” Since joining the Association in 1989, we’ve remained committed to investing in the education, advocacy, and relationships that strengthen our industry.
This year’s conference, centered around Lone Star Leadership, provided valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping transportation today. Our team had the opportunity to hear from industry leaders including FMCSA Governmental & Legislative Affairs Director Ryan Snyder, American Trucking Associations Chief Economist & Senior Vice President Bob Costello, and a panel of state association executives discussing the future of trucking, featuring Shannon Newton (Arkansas Trucking Association), Brenda Neville (Iowa Motor Truck Association), and Eric Sauer (California Trucking Association).
Beyond the educational sessions, the conference offered meaningful opportunities to connect with transportation professionals from across Texas, collaborate with industry partners, and continue conversations about the future of safety, compliance, workforce development, and legislative advocacy.
